The living room features a cozy fireplace, cable television, VCR, stereo and sleeper sofa under a cathedral ceiling with an adjoining full bath. In the kitchen you'll find a stove, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, toaster, automatic coffee maker and an abundance of pans and utensils. The two main level bedrooms feature a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa or trundle bed and an adjoining full bath. A third loft bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining bathroom with shower. Reservation Policy:
Weekend reservations are for a minimum of 2 nights (Friday & Saturday, or Saturday & Sunday).
Deposit Required: Reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit made payable by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check or money order.
Cancellations: your 50% deposit is refundable, minus a $25 service fee, if you cancel 30 days or more before your check-in date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before your check-in date will forfeit the deposit unless the condo(s) are rerented.
